Pretty 50s/60s Women's Black Hat w/ Wide Net Band & Large Silk Fabric flower
This is a true vintage, beautiful black hat with a large pink & red silk flower.
The label reads "A Ruth Shay Original 8724 3rd Ave Brooklyn NY".
The hat is made of a sheer nylon-like material.
It has a wide layered black net band.
Inside band measures approx. 20".
It is in good vintage condition light
signs of wear and some
wear/white powder? maybe on the inside band.
It is a
little out of shape at the crown but still displays beautifully!
