Vintage 1970's Fascinator Hat-Ivory Satin with Veil-Sequin & Feather Doodad-NR

Here's a vintage ladies' hat.  We got it in an estate lot of hats, some of which had receipts dated in the late 1960's to mid 1970's, and we think this hat is from that time period.  The hat itself is an open ring, covered in what feels like satin.  It is ivory colored.  It has a veil and we don't see any tears in the veil.  It has a large decoration attached.  Part of the doodad is covered with iridescent ivory sequins, and one end has long, narrow ivory feathers.  The other end has a black plastic point, which leads us to believe something is missing, maybe a bird head or a flower?  Looks kind of cool the way it is, a little dangerous!  The back of the hat has a narrow ivory ribbon bow, which is creased.  There's no maker's label in the hat, but there is a fabric Union Made in the USA label.  The hat is in clean looking condition.  Selling it AS IS, with no reserve, buyer pays shipping.  Check our seller's list for lots of neat old stuff!
