    Description

    Adorable little black velvet hat from the 1940s or 50s, soft body and big stiff bill in the front.
    It has elastic across the back to help hold it on.
    Marked size 22 which is pretty large for a vintage hat but in my opinion this would be best for someone with an average or small head.  I have a little bit bigger than average size head and it wants to pop off me unless I put a pin in it.
