    Description

U.S. Scott #2124 & #2128 USED PAIRS (AMBULANCE & BUCKBOARD STAMPS) IN USPS FIRST DAY OF ISSUE SOUVENIR PROGRAM/FOLDER.
This Souvenir Program/Folder, produced by the USPS, includes not only used pairs of Sc. #2124 (4.9 cent Buckboard) and Sc. #2128 (8.3 cent Ambulance) with First Day Cancellation, but also details the day's First Day of Issue Ceremony and Honored Guests in attendance - Bill Bond (Designer of the Buckboard Stamp) & James Schleyer (Designer of the Ambulance Stamp).  The two stamps were first issued on June 21, 1985 in Reno, Nevada. The program is in great shape with a small bend in the lower right hand corner.
