    1950s/60s Vintage Important "history of stamp collecting item."  This guide (this copy folded twice horizontally) was and still is an indisputable reference guide having many hundreds, perhaps thousands of references to inscriptions on stamps and a translation to what country the stamp is from.  Then language and numerical references.
    This is the best stamp identifier ever and really, really should be reprinted.
    Original copies like this, contemporaneously used by collectors in the 1950s and 1960s are very very desirable.
