    Description

    Rare USPS Counter Mat of 29c Stamps from 1993. It was never displayed. It is made of vinyl and the backing is foam, it measures 18" x 12 1/2".  The foam has some discoloration, but is intact.  Very nice collectible piece.  The Mat will be shipped in a mailing tube.
