This is the Majestic Stamp Collectors Outfit "Everything for the Collector" produced by Grossman in 1962.  It has been opened and is near complete.  The box is in good shape but has a few splits, a piece of masking tape and a few chips.
The stamps have some dampness dampness.  See photos.
