James Woolley autographed April 5th, 1995 Volume II, Issue 2 of the Florida Panthers BREAKAWAY Program Magazine.
This Florida Panthers BREAKAWAY Program Magazine was autographed on the cover page by Jason Woolley. Woolley played on the Florida Panthers from 1994-1997 and was a talented defenseman. The signature is on the cover-page in black sharpie with his number "6" written under. This program is in MINT condition. It comes with a PSA/DNA Certificate of Authenticity and matching numbered  PSA/DNA Sticker located on the bottom right of the cover page. This also comes with a Letter from the Florida Panthers Organization "enclosing an item autographed from a Florida Panther". This Program Magazine will be carefully packaged and shipped with PSA/DNA Certificate of Authenticity and Letter from the Florida Panthers Organization included inside.
