The
Helle Utvaer
is a new design in the bushcraft tradition. It has a true full tang handle of curly birch with red fiber liners.  The blade has a Scandinavian grind. The handle is exceptionally comfortable in my small to average sized hand. The "working space" for your fingers on the handle is about 3 1/2". The balance point is just over the index finger. It feels very lively in the hand for such a stout knife.  The leather sheath has a plastic liner and a belt loop that will take belts up to 2 1/4" wide.
