    Description

    Antique 1840 Black Silk Bonnet Caned. Antique 1840 Black Silk Dress Bonnet Spoon Hat Caned Long Silk Black Ribbon Ties. No modifications. Just as I received it 20 or more years ago. Some of the silk is still secured and some has worn off. Sides of Bonnet are like a spoon type, but it does have many canes in it to keep the shape. Still has some of the inside gathered tulle trim remains intact. Nice item to research and restore if you wish.
